PUTTING THE PEICES TOGETHER

Putting the pieces together.... Have you ever felt discombobulated and you just couldn't get it together? How about overwhelmed and totally stressed out? In 1998 this was my life, and I felt like I was all over the place. I was trying to please people, serve in the military full-time, as well as find myself. I decided I needed more I wanted more. So I drove my 1999 Mercury Tracer out of the gates of Fort Campbell, KY and pulled into the parking lot of Greater Missionary Baptist Church in Clarksville Tennessee. This would be one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I met an amazing congregation great women and men of God. They weren't judgmental and they loved on me. They remind me of who I was and what God called me to be. I say all of this to tell you you can pick up the pieces, you can live without dysfunction, and can find true happiness. All you have to do is seek God first! 

I grew up attending a COGIC Church for most of my life. I gave my life to Christ and was baptised in a Baptist Church.  I felt at home in a non-denominational church. I did most of God's work in a Pentecostal Church.  Before you say my, my, my, why did she change her church so frequently. Well,  because I was in the military I was constantly moving and had to make due wherever I went.The older I got I began to realize it was not about religion, it was about my relationship with Christ. My decisions was based on me receiving God's word raw uncut and to my understanding. Through it all I have no regrets. I stand here to today stronger, wiser, and covered by the blood of Jesus. 

You too can pick up the pieces and can be made whole. All you have to do is seek God he is waiting.
